Dün itibariyle Turkish Virtual'ın önümüzdeki dönemde uygulayacağı checkride esaslarını içeren broşür yayınlanmıştır. Bir kaç gün içerisinde ön başvuruları almaya başlayacağız. Belirlenen tarihler arasında başvuruları alacak ve başvuran adayları önce yazılı sınava tabi tutacağız. Arkasından yapılacak planlama sonucuna göre checkride tarihini belirleyecek ve sizlere duyuracağız. Yayınlanan broşür sizlerin de farkettiği gibi aslında bir yol haritasıdır. Karar değişiklikleri olursa elbette sizlere yansıtacağız ama şu an için önümüzdeki dönemde uygulanacak şekil bu şekildedir. Yönetimi devraldığımız günden beri durmaksızın bir şeyleri iyileştirme yönünde çaba sarfediyoruz. Bu broşürü adını koymadığımız, ama hepinizin hissettiği şekliyle ve yeni yeni oluşmakta olan Turkish Virtual'ın anayasasının bir parçası olarak kabul edebilirsiniz. Uygulamada karşılaşacağımız hatalar olabilir. Bunları sizlerin de yardımıyla gidermek için ne gerekiyorsa yapacağımıza emin olabilirsiniz.
Checkride esaslarını hazırlarken iyi eğitilmiş pilotlara sahip olabilme, etkinliklere azami katılım sağlayabilme, havasahamızda sesli iletişim yapan pilotlar yetiştirebilme ve kaliteli uçuşlar yapan pilotlara sahip olabilme amaçlarını ön planda tuttuk. Checkride ların çok kolay olmayacağını ve biraz özveri gerektireceğini hatırlatmakta yarar var.

As of yesterday, we have released a brochure about the outlines of Turkish Virtual's checkrides, that will be conducted from now on. We will start accepting the applications in a few days. We will run through the candidates’ applications and will present them their written tests first. Then, after identifying a suitable date, we’ll declare the candidates a checkride date. Actually, the brochure has not been translated to English yet, and we will soon release it, only after the release, you will notice that it’s a road map of how Turkish Virtual will conduct the checkrides. It includes the general outlines of checkride system and these outlines will be valid until the Turkish Virtual Management decides on a new way. You may accept this brochure as a part of the “Turkish Virtual Constitution” which is not named officially in this way but you may all feel it going in this way. We may face some problems during the execution but you can make sure that we will do anything we can to correct it with your help and understanding.
When preparing the outlines, we aimed to have well trained pilots, to help increasing the participation in Turkish Virtual’s events, to train pilots who use the voice communication and to train pilots who execute high quality flights. Please keep in mind that the checkrides will not be easy and you will need to put extra efforts to pass it.
