Question about şe fleet

I see şere is a 727, a 707, and also a DC10 shown in our fleet page. When are we allowed to fly şese? I don't see a reference to when we can fly şese.
I am currently a second officer, but şese planes are not shown on şe web page FOM.

CLASSIC Fleet is only for Charter and Cargo ops. And FOM needs an update, şanks for input.
