Captains, mrhban!

For almost 3 weeks I try to fly on my assignments flights but the FDR does not recognize the aircraft model (Level UP 737-900). And the flight is performed using this model.
Any ideas what kind of problem is this?

XPLane LevelUp Boeing 737-900 NG had already been introduced. Maybe you are trying to use a different livery with a different acf file. The file we already introduced is "737_9ENG.acf" please check if you are using this one, otherwise send us the acf file.

FDR shows some error even using the indicated aircraft. I took some shots to show how the message error is.
