General Information and Penalties
FlyTHY Forum aims to create a respectful environment for discussion and information sharing by bringing together individuals interested in General and Virtual Aviation. The rules to be followed in the forum are outlined below. All members using the forum are deemed to have accepted these rules. Messages that violate these rules may be deleted without notifying the author. In some cases, the message content may be removed, and a note stating which rule was violated will be added instead (e.g., "Message content removed due to violation of Rule 2/B").

The responsibility for the content of each message rests solely with its author. FlyTHY administrators and moderators cannot be held responsible for message content.

Since we are not legal experts, this document may have omissions. Such omissions do not render the corresponding rule invalid. FlyTHY management reserves the right to change the rules without prior notice. You can freely share your opinions and feedback about these rules with forum administrators.

This document may be updated based on the requests of the management and forum members.

Finally, let us remember that the quality of this platform, where we spend enjoyable hours together, depends entirely on the participants. It is the responsibility of all members to keep our forum clean. Please pay attention to the following points.

Points to Consider When Posting Messages
A) FlyTHY Forum is primarily a platform where members can find answers to questions and issues related to general and virtual aviation, FlyTHY’s website and applications, simulators, simulator add-ons, and auxiliary programs. It cannot be used for purposes outside of this.
B) The topic you are researching or asking about may have already been discussed on FlyTHY Forums, and the explanations may exist in past messages. If you are a new member and believe your issue is not specific, please use the forum’s search feature. You can access the search section via the SEARCH link in the upper right corner. Avoid creating duplicate topics and add similar discussions under a single heading. This helps reduce unnecessary clutter in the forum and increases the likelihood of your message being read by more people. Forum administrators may delete messages that disregard this rule.
C) Images can be added to messages in FlyTHY forums by linking to a web-based image. Since adding images may slow down page loading times, keep uploaded images minimal. Messages containing huge images will be deleted. Images, drawings, and photos with copyright cannot be displayed in this forum without the owner’s permission.
D) When writing a message, ensure that it is easy to read and understand by paying attention to the proper use of the Turkish language, including capitalization and grammar rules. Remember that writing in all capital letters is equivalent to shouting in online communication.
E) When seeking help, avoid titles like “URGENT HELP” or “I NEED HELP.” Instead, use titles that specifically describe your issue. This increases the likelihood of your message being read by others. Clearly describe details such as system specifications when posting issues, as this will help resolve your problem faster and prevent unnecessary message traffic. Messages that do not comply with this rule will be deleted.

Message Content
A) Criticism, complaints, and suggestions about institutions, organizations, or individuals should be directed to them via email or other communication channels. No institution or individual can be criticized or subjected to offensive language on the Turkish Virtual Forum. Suggestions related to Turkish Virtual should be sent directly to the email address listed on the site and will be evaluated by Turkish Virtual. If members' opinions are needed, the management will open a topic for discussion.
B) The Turkish Virtual Forum includes members of various social, cultural, and age groups. Because of these differences, no one can insult, swear, or belittle others.
C) Comments or posts that damage the reputation of any company or institution or that include praise of a promotional nature are prohibited. Such posts will be deleted, and the author will be banned from the forum.
D) Messages containing profanity, insults, threats, provocations, derogatory remarks, or content that violates individual rights and freedoms are strictly prohibited. Such messages will be deleted without notice, and the author will be warned. Responding to such messages similarly is also considered an offence.
E) Posting messages with content related to illegal copy, crack, warez, or hacking is strictly prohibited. Discussions about acquiring paid products for free, sharing cracks, serial numbers, or programs to download these, or requests/offers to send such information via private messages are forbidden. Messages containing such content will be deleted without notice.
F) Ensure your messages are posted in the appropriate category or subcategory. Duplicate messages or messages posted in multiple categories will be deleted without notice, except for one remaining message. Moderators will try to move topics to the correct forum section. However, if this behaviour becomes a habit, all related messages will be deleted.
G) Discussions of political issues are prohibited. These topics often lead to significant conflicts of opinion among members, causing tension. Comments on political, religious, state governance, ethnic differences, or gender discrimination are not allowed.
H) Personal messaging should be done via PM (private message) or email, not on the forum. Engaging in polemics, personal disputes, or using slang expressions is strictly forbidden. Everyone can read messages in the forum, so maintain a respectful tone.
I) Avoid using exaggerated fonts or unnecessary emoticons to draw attention to your posts. Messages that contain only smileys or oversized smileys will be deleted. Use colourful fonts sparingly to ensure your text is visually appealing without being excessive.
J) Members who post irrelevant responses, disrupt discussions, or lower the forum's standards with inappropriate behaviour will have their messages and memberships deleted.
K) Messages with commercial motives or those intended to reopen a closed topic are prohibited. Such messages will be deleted without notice after being reviewed by moderators.

Signature Content
A) Members must enter their real name, surname, and email address in the "Member PROFILE" section. Accounts with fake or incomplete information will not be accepted. Members must sign their messages with their real name and surname. FlyTHY pilots may use their pilot number for signatures if their name and surname are listed in their profile.
B) Posting computer specifications in signatures is prohibited.
C) Visually distracting Signatures that are huge (max 450x150 pixels), overly colourful, or cause issues for dial-up users are not allowed.
D) Signatures cannot contain advertisements, exaggerated expressions, or self-promotional statements.
E) Linking to external websites or using signatures that violate general forum rules is prohibited.

Conclusion
Users who do not comply with these rules will have their accounts suspended or deleted at the administrators' discretion. Administrators are not obligated to issue warnings. As of their publication date, these rules are considered read and accepted by all forum members.

With love and respect,
Turkish Virtual Management
