Sevgili Turkish Virtual checkride adaylari,
17 Ocak 2016 Pazar aksami saat 21:00 TSI ile yapilacak olan “Checkride” uygulamamiza yönelik uygulama esaslari asagidaki sekilde olacaktir;
1. Checkride uygulamasi için LTAU-LTCG-LTCD meydanlari seçilmistir.
2. F/O Checkride LTAU-LTCG, CPT Checkride ise LTAU-LTCD güzergahlarinda yapilacaktir.
3. Checkride uygulamasi iki bölüm halinde uygulanacaktir. Ilk bölümde TeamSpeak ortaminda bulusularak check kontrolörlerince tanisma ve sözlü bilgi ölçme kismi, ikinci bölümde ise adaylarca uçus kismi uygulanacaktir.
4. TeamSpeak ortaminda bulusma Türkiye saati ile 20:25’den itibaren baslayacaktir. 20:25 ile 21:00 saatleri arasinda ilgili kontrolörler ile adaylar TeamSpeak ortaminda bulusacaklardir. 20:00-20:25 arasinda checkride departmani (check pilotlar) kendi aralarinda ve yine TeamSpeak üzerinde koordinasyon toplantisi yapacaklarindan bu saatler arasinda TeamSpeak çagrisi/daveti yapilmayacaktir.
5. 20:25 dan itibaren adaylar ve kontrolörler bulusmalarini tamamlayarak faaliyetlerine baslayacaklardir. Toplu tanisma/bulusma sonrasi check kontrolörleri adaylarla ayni ortamda, topluca sinavlarina baslayabilir veya tek tek görüsmek suretiyle de sinavlarini yapabilirler, bu check captain'larin kendilerinin belirleyecegi bir konudur.
6. Kontrolörler görüsmenin sonlandigini bildirdikten sonra adaylar belirlenen güzergahta uçuslarina baslayacaklardir. Dolayisiyla, bu andan itibaren her zaman yapildigi sekilde ATC ler ile irtibat kurularak uçus prosedürü baslatilmalidir. Uçuslar ve muhaberat check kontrolörünce kontrol edileceginden yapilacak her faaliyetin tekrar kontrolöre sorulmasina gerek yoktur. Havaalaninda online olunduktan sonra talimat alinacak tek kisi ATC lerdir.

9. Ayrica, eger ATC ler herhangi bir aday hakkinda sözlü ya da yazili olarak bir rapor beyan etmek isterlerse verecekleri rapor dikkate alinacaktir.
10. Faaliyetler tamamlandiktan sonra check kontrolörü ile tekrar TeamSpeak ortaminda bulusulup bulusulmayacagi hususunu kontrolörler adaylara yapacaklari görüsmede bildireceklerdir.
11. Sinav sonuçlari ertesi gün katilimci pilotlarin adreslerine mail ile bildirilecektir.

14. Tahsis edilen kapi dolu ise bahsedilen kapilarin disinda yedek bir kapida baslanilmalidir.
15. FS2004 ve FSX ortaminda bir meydanda uzun süre hiç hareket etmeksizin beklenmesi durumunda program hata vererek kapanabilmektedir. Bu durum scenery hatalarindan kaynaklanan ve sanal hafizanin tamaminin kullanilmasi sonucu “hafiza yetersizligi” hatasina yol açan bir durumun olusmasindan kaynaklanmaktadir. Adaylar istiyorlarsa zaman kazanmak açisindan TeamSpeak görüsmeleri esnasinda simülatörlerini açik ve hazir tutabilirler, yine de bu durum kendilerinin bilecegi bir husustur.
16. Checkride aksami, tüm adaylar ' http://www.turkishvirtual.com/charts.asp ' linkinden “Charts of Turkey – TR charts” adli tüm Türkiye meydanlarinin bulundugu dosyadaki haritalari kullanacaklardir. Scenery yükleme adaylarin sorumlulugundadir. Diledikleri scenery yi kullanabilirler.
16. Adaylar ucucaklari rotalari kendileri belirleyeceklerdir.

Dear Turkish Virtual Checkride candidates,
“Checkride” application will take place at 17th November 2016 Sunday night at 21:00, (Turkey time) the policy will be set out as below;
1. Choosing LTAU-LTCG and LTCD airports for the Checkride.
2. F/O Checkride will take place at LTAU-LTCG route, where as CPT Checkride at LTAU-LTCD route.
3. Checkride application will be carried out in two parts. In the first part, will be meeting at TeamSpeak and meeting with the check controllers and the verbal information measuring section. In the second part, candidates will be applied with the flight section.
4. Meeting at TeamSpeak will be carried out in Turkey’s time of starting at 20:25. Between 20:25 and 21:00 will be based on controllers and candidates meeting at TeamSpeak. Between 19:00-19:25 Checkride department (check pilots) within themselves and again over TeamSpeak be making a coordination meeting and so during these minutes, TeamSpeak invitations will not be made.
5. After 20:25 as candidates and controllers carry out their meetings, they will start their activities. After a whole meeting, check controllers with their candidates at the same place may all start their exams or if they wish may do their exams as they meet 1 on 1. This is a decision they will choose themselves.
6. After the controllers notify that their meetings have ended; candidates may start their flights in their indicated routes. Therefore as always been done, after this moment flight procedures should start by getting into contact with ATC’s. The flights and correspondence controlled through check controllers will not need to ask every activity to the controller. During the airport, being online the only instructions should be gained through ATC’s.
7. Expectations for F/O candidates:
a. Verbal section:

(3) Route and fuel planning.
(4) General flight knowledge
b. Application section:

(4) Actions against several different problems
9. Additionally, If ATC’s decide to give a verbal or written report against any candidates, will be considered to importance.
10. After activities have been carried out, the decision of having to re-meet with the check controllers at TS will be decided during the meeting between the candidates and the controllers.
11. Exam results will be sent to participating pilots email adreses’ the next day.

14. If the allocated gate is full, should start at an extra gate which is not been stated.
15. At the FS2004 and FSX, staying for too long without action may end the program giving an error. This situation arises from scenery errors where having been used all of the virtual memory leads to as “memory not enough” error. If candidates wish to; they may in order to gain more time, will keep their simulators switched on and ready during TeamSpeak meetings. However, this again is a decision they should make for themselves.
16. During the Checkride night, all candidates from the link; ' http://www.turkishvirtual.com/charts.asp ' should use the maps within the “Charts of Turkey – Latest TR charts”. Downloading Scenery is the responsibility of the candidates. They may wish to download whichever scenery they want.
17. Pilots are responsible to create their own routes.
