I found this the other day and thought folks might find it interesting. The USAF (real, not virtual) limits their aircrews to the following: 56 flight hours per 7 consecutive days, 125 flight hours per 30 consecutive days, and 330 flight hours per 90 consecutive days. I'm sure some airlines also have something similar.

I know that the cocpit crews, pilots, can flight 110 hrs. per 30 days, and 1000 hrs. per year. But, I think this limitation shouldn't be compared with USAF's. Airline flight is not as tiring as jet flight is.
