New guy here, so go easy please!

I completed my first flights, and just received my first assignment. I was assigned a flight in the 737-700, but I cant find the livery for the NGXu for Turkish. I tried to fly the assignment in the 737-700 house colors, but the system will not allow me. I've searched, and can not find a 737-700NGXu for Turkish Airlines. Whats the procedure or fix to this issue?

Hi Paul. Welcome to Turkish Virtual.

First of all, I want to say that FDR certainly does not control any livery on your flights and I didn't understand why you could not fly with your choosen another livery. Can you tell me what error message you've had by giving some more descriptive information?

Besides that, I can replace the aircraft type of assignment flight you have been given with another type. For example B738. Or whatever other aircraft type you want. If you want me to do this, please tell me here.

However you can manage your assignment aircraft types from your ‘type preferences’ via down below link. But it will affect your assignments by the next month.

Thanks for your timely response.

When I started the FDR I had 2 red area's on the checklist, one was for the parking not being set yet and the other was for Aircraft Type if I remember correctly I load the 737-700NGXu with the house livery and the line was red and said aircraft type: UNKWN (or something to this effect) and it would not let me proceed forward. I will of course change my type request until I can sort this out, in the meantime If you could change it to the 737-800 for this assignment it would be helpful.

I'm afraid it's not the livery issue. Can you please send me the ''aircraft.cfg'' and the ''air'' files of the 737NGXu via the link below. I will then fix this problem for you.
