Herkese Merhaba,

Bilindiği üzere 18 Mayıs 2023 00:01 UTC itibariyle AIRAC 2305 efektif olucak. AIRAC 2305 ile gelecek değişiklikleri sizlerle buluşturuyoruz.

Yeşilköy (LTBA) TMA Değişiklikleri:
- IBLAL noktası IBLAX olarak değiştirildi.
- LTFM, LTFJ, LTBA meydanlarının "IBLAL" SID'leri "IBLAX" olarak güncellendi.
- AYTEK noktası Bulgaristan sınırına eklendi.
- AYTEK sadece Bulgaristan Havasahasına "NISVA" ve "DEDIN" noktasından giren ve LTFM meydanına uçacak trafikler için veya "LBSF - LBPD - LBGO" meydanlarından LTFM meydanına uçan trafikler için kullanılabilir.
- AYTEK 2A-2Q/2B-2R STAR'ları LTFM için oluşturulmuştur. Yaklaşan trafikler ATIS'te yayınlanan pist bilgisine göre 34-35-36 pistleri için AYTEK2A, 16-17-18 pistleri için AYTEK2B STAR'larını seçeceklerdir. AYTEK 2Q/2R STAR'ları sadece ATC tarafından verilecektir.
- LTFM STAR'ları prosedür değişikliğine gidilmiştir, 2N/2P STAR'ları batıdan doğuya/doğudan batıya, 2Q/2R STAR'ları kuzeyden güneye/güneyden kuzeye geçiş için kullanılacaktır ve sadece ATC tarafından verilecektir.

- LTFJ prosedürlerindeki değişiklikler:
- 06/24 pisti 06L/24R olarak güncellenmiştir. 06R/24L pisti inşaat halindedir ve simülasyon ortamında da kullanılmayacaktır.
- Bütün STAR prosedürleri "1G-1T/1H-1U" indeksinden "2G-2T/2H-2U" indeksine geçirilmiştir ve STAR'lar artık "OBIXI ve OKIPI" noktalarında son bulacaktır. Pilotlar ATC'nin atadığı piste göre gerekli ILS prosedürünün bulunan Transition noktalarını "OBIXI (06L/06R) veya OKIPI (24R/24L)" seçerek yaklaşmalarını planlayacaklardır.
- 06 SID'leri 06L pisti olarak güncellenmiştir, indeksleri eski halini korumuştur "3J/3L".
- 06R/24L pistleri için SID prosedürleri yayınlanmıştır [1W (06R)/1X (24L)] fakat pist inşaatı tamamlanana kadar simülasyon ortamında da kullanılmayacaktır.

Pilotlarımızın bu bilgileri göz önünde bulundurarak AIRAC verilerini güncellemelerini ve kontrolör arkadaşlarla birlikte çalışmalarını öneriyoruz. Anlayışınız için teşekkür ederiz.

As it is known, as of 18 May 2023 00:01 UTC, AIRAC 2305 will be effective. With the AIRAC 2305, we bring you the upcoming changes.

Yesilkoy (LTBA) TMA Changes:
- Changed IBLAL point to IBLAX.
- Updated "IBLAL" SIDs of LTFM, LTFJ, LTBA airports to "IBLAX".
- AYTEK point has been added to the Bulgarian border.
- AYTEK can only be used for traffic that enters the Bulgarian Airspace from the "NISVA" and "DEDIN" points and will fly to the LTFM airport, or for the traffic flying from the "LBSF - LBPD - LBGO" airports to the LTFM airport.
- AYTEK 2A-2Q/2B-2R STARs are created for LTFM. Oncoming traffic will choose AYTEK2A STAR for runways 34-35-36 and AYTEK2B STAR for runways 16-17-18 according to the runway information published in ATIS. AYTEK 2Q/2R STARs will only be given by ATC.
- LTFM STARs have been changed in procedure, 2N/2P STARs will be used for west to east/east to west, 2Q/2R STARs will be used for north to south/south to north transition and will be issued by ATC only.

- Changes to LTFJ procedures:
- Runway 06/24 has been updated to 06L/24R. Runway 06R/24L is under construction and will not be used in the simulation environment.
- All STAR procedures have been migrated from "1G-1T/1H-1U" to "2G-2T/2H-2U" and STARs will now end at "OBIXI and OKIPI" points. Pilots will plan their approach by choosing "OBIXI (06L/06R) or OKIPI (24R/24L)" as the Transition points with the required ILS procedure according to the runway assigned by ATC.
- Rwy 06 SIDs have been updated to runway 06L, their indexes have remained the same as "3J/3L".
- SID procedures have been published for 06R/24L runways [1W (06R)/1X (24L)] but will not be used in the simulation environment until runway construction is complete.

We recommend our pilots to update their AIRAC data with this information in mind and to work with fellow controllers. Thank you for your understanding.
