Posted: 15 Jun 2023, 13:34Bu duzenlemeye bagli olarak su an serverimiz uzerinden ozellikle gmail kullanan kullanicilara gonderdigimiz maillerin gitmedigini farkettik.
Bir sure mailler ile ilgili sorun yasamamiz muhtemel. Lutfen site uzerinden bize kontak kuran kisiler, eger bizde kayitli mailleri gmail ise, bize ulasirken, gmail disinda baska bir mail adresini ekte vermeleri halinde, biz bu maillere geri donus yapmaya calisicaz.
Bize gonderdiginiz maillere iki gun icinde geri donus alamayan uyelerimizin discord 'helpdesk' veya forumlarimizi kullanmalarini rica ederiz. Su andan itibaren discord forumlar ve helpdesk'i, talep ve sorunlari okuyabilmek icin daha cok takip ediyor olucaz.
