Sevgili kaptanlar,

19 Kasim 2017 Pazar gunu saat 13:00z(16:00L) 17:00z(20.00L) ile yapilacak olan ''Checkride'' uygulamamiza yonelik uygulama esaslari asagidaki sekilde olacaktir :

1. Checkride uygulamasi icin LGAV-LGSM/LGAV-LGRP meydanlari secilmistir.
2. F/O Checkride LGAV-LGRP, CPT Checkride LGAV-LGSM guzergahlarinda yapilacaktir.
3. Checkride uygulamasi iki bolum halinde uygulanacaktir. Ilk bolumde TeamSpeak ortaminda bulusularak check kontrolorlerince tanisma ve sozlu bilgi olcme kismi, ikinci bolumde ise adaylarca ucus kismi uygulanacaktir.
4. TeamSpeak ortaminda bulusma Turkiye saati ile 14:30 den itibaren baslayacaktir. 14:30 ile 15:45 saatleri arasinda ilgili kontrolorler ile adaylar TeamSpeak ortaminda bulusacaklardir. 14:30-15:30 arasinda checkride departmani (check pilotlar) kendi aralarinda ve yine TeamSpeak uzerinde koordinasyon toplantisi yapacaklarindan bu saatler arasinda TeamSpeak cagrisi / daveti yapilmayacaktir.
5. 15:45 dan itibaren adaylar ve kontrolorler bulusmalarini tamamlayarak faaliyetlerine baslayacaklardir. Toplu tanisma sonrasi check kontrolorleri adaylarla ayni ortamda, topluca sinavlarina baslayabilir veya tek tek gorusmek suretiyle de sinavlarini yapabilirler, bu kendilerinin belirleyecegi bir konudur.
6. Kontrolorler gorusmenin sonlandigini bildirdikten sonra adaylar belirlenen guzergahta ucuslarina baslayacaklardir. Dolayisiyla, bu andan itibaren her zaman yapildigi sekilde ATC ler ile irtibat kurularak ucus proseduru baslatilmalidir. Ucuslar ve muhaberat check kontrolorunce kontrol edileceginden yapilacak her faaliyetin tekrar kontrolore sorulmasina gerek yoktur. Havaalaninda online olunduktan sonra talimat alinacak tek kisi ATC lerdir.

7. F/O adaylarindan beklenecekler :
a.Sozel Kisim :
(1) Uculacak meydana ait chart okuma (En guncel olan kullanilmali)
(2) METAR bilgisi
(3) Rota ve yakit planlama
(4) Genel havacilik bilgisi

b. Uygulama Kismi :
(1) Sesli muhabere yapip yapmama
(2) Sesli muhabere usulleri
(3) FDR raporu

8. Ayrica, eger ATC ler herhangi bir aday hakkinda sozlu ya da yazili olarak bir rapor beyan etmek isterlerse verecekleri rapor dikkate alinacaktir. 9. Faaliyetler tamamlandiktan sonra check kontroloru ile tekrar TeamSpeak ortaminda bulusulup bulusulmayacagi hususunu kontrolorler adaylara yapacaklari gorusmede bildireceklerdir.
10. Sinav sonuclari ertesi gun katilimci pilotlarin adreslerine mail ile bildirilecektir.
11. Sinav gruplari, check kontrolorleri ve adaylara tahsisli kapi (gate) numaralari asagidaki gibidir:
12. Tum adaylar check kontrolorleri ile mail irtibatini saglamali ve iletisim bilgilerini bildirmelidir.
13. Tahsis edilen kapi dolu ise bahsedilen kapilarin disinda yedek bir kapida baslanilmalidir.
14. FS2004 ve FSX ortaminda bir meydanda uzun sure hic hareket etmeksizin beklenmesi durumunda program hata vererek kapanabilmektedir. Bu durum scenery hatalarindan kaynaklanan ve sanal hafizanin tamaminin kullanilmasi sonucu ''hafiza yetersizligi'' hatasina yol acan bir durumun olusmasindan kaynaklanmaktadir. LTAC scenery si ile ilgili boyle bir durumun soz konusu oldugu bugune kadar gorulmemistir. Adaylar istiyorlarsa zaman kazanmak acisindan TeamSpeak gorusmeleri esnasinda simulatorlerini acik ve hazir tutabilirler, yine de bu husus kendilerinin bilecegi bir husustur.
15. Checkride aksami, tum adaylar http://turkishvirtual.com/charts.asp linkinden ''Charts of Turkey - TR charts'' adli tum Turkiye meydanlarinin bulundugu dosyadaki haritalari kullanacaklardir. Scenery yukleme adaylarin sorumlulugundadir. Diledikleri scenery yi kullanabilirler.

Dear Turkish Virtual Family,

Checkride application will take place at 15th November 2017 Thursday evening, the policy will be set out as below;

1. Choosing LGAV-LGSM/LGAV-LGRP airports for the Checkride.
2. F/O Checkride will take place at LGAV-LGRP, Capt Checkride will take place at LGAV-LGSM airports.
3. Checkride application will be carried out in two parts. In the first part, will be meeting at TeamSpeak and meeting with the check controllers and the verbal information measuring section. In the second part, candidates will be applied with the flight section.
4. Meeting at TeamSpeak will be carried out in Turkey's time of starting at 14:30L Between 14:30L and 15:45L will be based on controllers and candidates meeting at TeamSpeak. Between 14:30-15:30L Checkride department (check pilots) within themselves and again over TeamSpeak be making a coordination meeting and so during these minutes, TeamSpeak invitations will not be made.
5. After 15:45L as candidates and controllers carry out their meetings, they will start their activities. After a whole meeting, check controllers with their candidates at the same place may all start their exams or if they wish may do their exams as they meet one to one. This is a decision they will choose themselves.
6. After the controllers notify that their meetings have ended; candidates may start their flights in their indicated routes. Therefore as always been done, after this moment flight procedures should start by getting into contact with ATC's. The flights and correspondence controlled through check controllers will not need to ask every activity to the controller. During the airport, being online the only instructions should be gained through ATC's.

7. Expectations for F/O candidates:
a. Verbal section:
(1) Reading charts against the area to be flying at. (Most recent should be used.)
(2) METAR Data
(3) Route and fuel planning.
(4) General flight knowledge

b. Application section:
(1) Voice communications
(2) Voice communications procedures
(3) FDR Reports

8. Additionally, If ATC's decide to give a verbal or written report against any candidates, will be considered to importance.
9. After activities have been carried out, the decision of having to re-meet with the check controllers at TeamSpeak will be decided during the meeting between the candidates and the controllers.
10. Exam results will be sent to participating pilots email address' the next day.
11. For Exam groups, check controllers and candidates allocated gate numbers are as follows:
12. All candidates should strengthen their contact by mail with their check controller and should state their contact informations.
13. If the allocated gate is full, should start at an extra gate which is not been stated.
14. At the FS2004 and FSX, staying for too long without action may end the program giving an error. This situation arises from scenery errors where having been used all of the virtual memory leads to as ''memory not enough'' error. It hasn't been seen of LTAC scenery of these type of errors.If candidates wish to; they may in order to gain more time, will keep their simulators switched on and ready during TeamSpeak meetings. However, this again is a decision they should make for themselves.
15. During the Checkride night, all candidates from the link; http://turkishvirtual.com/charts.asp should use the maps within the ''Charts of Turkey - Latest TR charts''. Downloading Scenery is the responsibility of the candidates. They may wish to download whichever scenery they want.
